Troy was dining with
his wife and friends a couple of years ago, enjoying their Portabella
Mushroom appetizer. Troy thought the appetizer was OK, but his
first thought was, "This could be better prepared".
This Began much experimentation,
preparation and enthusiastic conversation with a variety of people
over time. Troy's message was the same...
"I have found a new way to
prepare Portabellas....They are DELICIOUS"!
